Gap Year Surf & Skills Program
Have you completed your Surf Rescue Certificate (SRC), want to stay connected with surf lifesaving, but are still too young to embark on your Beach Bronze Medallion?
For the first time, ASLSC will this Summer run a Gap Year Surf & Skills program to assist young members to develop their surf, rescue and first aid skills at the same time as having loads of fun on the beach.
The program will include surfing lessons, rescue scenarios and first aid training that will help participants improve their knowledge and skills at the same time as making some new friends along the way.
The program will be run in two groups over four, four-hour sessions run from January 5 through to January 15.
Cost of the program is $75 for all four days.
