Building Redevelopment May Update

So we were a bit optimistic about an early May start!!

At the moment our project managers PDS along with our architects, the preferred contractor FourSq and various other consultants are continuing to progress the project forward.

These tasks are all at later stages of progression and include:

· Finalisation of the Plans;

· Various permit requirements requiring approval from Surf Coast Shire or DEWLP;

· Other pre-tasks identified by the Building Surveyors

· Contract finalisation and establishing insurance our requirements

Based on the above we are not keen to nominate a specific date for signing the contract and starting on site, as there are too many variables. That said we are hoping to close out the contract by early June with commencement hoped in mid-late June.
