Member Survey - Feedback needed!
The good, the bad and the ugly we want to know how the club is performing.
The information collected in last years survey was valuable in setting directions at the club and ensuring we can give the membership what they want from our surf club. We understand your time is precious and we have made sure this survey should only take 5 - 7 minutes.
We need members from all areas of the club and all ages to complete this survey and will be ensuring that the survey is available in different communication mediums so we can access our broad membership base.
