Anglesea SLSC Governance Charter
The Anglesea SLSC Governance Charter sets out the role, responsibilities, structure and processes of the Anglesea SLSC Board. This Charter also sets out the processes adopted by the Club and its Board in order to develop, implement and maintain a culture and standard of good corporate governance for both internal and external stakeholders.
The Board is committed to ensuring that principles of good governance are implemented openly and with integrity, pursuing the true spirit of good corporate governance, commensurate with Anglesea SLSC's needs.
